1. Introduction
Title: Terms and Conditions for Creamfields Festival Pop-up by Own Media Group

Parties: Own Media Group ("we", "us", "our") PepsiCo ("PepsiCo") Creamfields Festival and Organiser

2. Definitions Pop-up Event: The temporary stall or area at Creamfields Festival where sneakers are distributed.
Recipient: Any festival attendee who receives sneakers at the pop-up event.

3. Eligibility for Participation

Recipients must be 18 years or older.

Participation is free and limited to one pair of sneakers per person.

4. The Giveaway

Nature of Giveaway: Sneakers provided by Own Media Group on behalf of PepsiCo at no cost to the recipient.

Limited Availability: Sneakers will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis,
subject to stock availability.

No Purchase Necessary: There is no requirement to purchase any product or service to receive the sneakers.

5. Recipient Responsibilities
Recipients must adhere to all Creamfields Festival rules and regulations while participating in the giveaway.
- Sneakers are provided "as is" with no warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Liability
Own Media Group:
- Responsible for ensuring that the sneakers meet all relevant UK safety and consumer protection laws.
- Not liable for any injury or loss caused by the use of the sneakers after distribution.
- Not liable for any loss or damage to the sneakers once they have been handed to the recipient.

PepsiCo:
- Not liable for any defects in the sneakers; Own Media Group assumes all responsibility
for product quality.
- Creamfields Festival Organizer:
- Not liable for any aspect of the giveaway, including but not limited to the distribution,
quality, or safety of the sneakers.

7. Data Protection
Any personal data collected during the pop-up (e.g., for consent forms, feedback) will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with PepsiCo solely for the purpose of managing the giveaway.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the pop-up materials, including branding and promotional content, remain with their respective owners.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments
Own Media Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that the amendments do not materially affect the rights of recipients.

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Here at CANVVS we ensure that is our priority that sneakers are cleaned to the highest level of standard as possible. All sneakers are cleaned at the consumers own risk, we will not take responsibility and will not be subjected to liability for any footwear that has been previously damaged before given to us, thus CANVVS do not issue payments for damaged handbag/footwear or fixtures for services previously rendered.

CANVVS does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, however upon customer request CANVVS will try to remove the stain – this will be done at the customer’s own risk and we will not be liable for any damages.

CANVVS will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that our cleaning service maintains a high quality of service. However, we shall not assume any responsibility for colour loss, colour fade, colour transfer, discolouration or shrinkage (out of shape which is unpredictable) and stiffening of shoe skins and skins becoming brittle, or the forming of wrinkles during the drying process, and any other unforeseen occurrence, in the course of the process – the utmost care will be given to each individual item. If

CANVVS has any concern with regards to the colorfastness, or the age and/or weakness of the item, we will contact you to obtain your approval before proceeding to care for the item.

If we are unable to obtain your authorisation in a timely manner, we may then return the item without cleaning.

CANVVS liability with respect to any item damage – if proven to be damaged due to our negligence – 50 GBP . If you are not happy with the quality of service provided, you have 48 hours from return to contact our team at customerservice@canvvs.com

Inspection of all items should be done upon collection. Any dissatisfaction with the item should be reported immediately to our Cleaning Consultant at the counter during the point of collection, failure to do so constitutes a waive of any claim to dissatisfaction or damage of the item.

CANVVS shall not assume responsibility for any personal property left with us including (cash, jewellery, etc.). We request that our customers check for any personal belongings prior to sending items to us as we will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.

All sneaker not collected before the end of the festival will be donated to our shoe care charity of choice, Shoe Aid to be sent to communities where shoes are required.

CANVVS reserves the right to refuse services to any customer and/or process any item at its discretion.

CANVVS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
